1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you and Hita Labs FZC, a company organized and existing under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, browsing, or using the Astroo AI application through the website astroo.ai (“Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Hita Labs FZC is a limited liability company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates. Our registered office is located in the UAE, and we operate under UAE law. Hita Labs FZC has developed and operates the Astroo AI application, which is accessible through the website astroo.ai.

3. Service Description

Astroo AI provides AI-powered astrological services through the website astroo.ai, including but not limited to birth chart generation, astrological interpretations, horoscopes, and related content. Our application utilizes artificial intelligence technology to provide personalized astrological insights based on traditional astrological principles.

4. User Account and Responsibilities

NO REFUND POLICY: All payments made for subscription services are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any unused portion of your subscription period, except where required by applicable law or as specifically stated in these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Astroo AI application and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hita Labs FZC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software
