Data Retention & Account Deletion
We retain your personal data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You can permanently delete your account at any time from within the app or on the website (Profile → Delete Account).
Account deletion is immediate and irreversible. There is no grace or recovery period: when you delete your account we permanently erase your profile, birth data, generated charts, chat history, usage data, and your authentication record from our systems, and we remove you from our mailing lists. This reflects your right to erasure under the GDPR (Article 17) and applicable App Store requirements.
The only information we retain after deletion is data we are legally required to keep, in particular, transaction and invoice records held by our payment processor (Stripe) to meet tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations (GDPR Article 17(3)(b)). Such records are kept only for the period required by law and are not used for any other purpose.
